Interesting. I think I know from decades of creating things… that not only some days I’m much better than others, but that somewhere between sometimes and often, if I follow a method I can work myself into being creative. Not always. But I can.

Also that sounds make a difference to that creativity.

I listen to binaural for meditation but hadn't considered using it creatively while working. Thank you for sharing this 🙏🏾

I do the same with brown noise and beats too! I always search nature sounds plus some music to focus 😊 Interesting take on the pomodoro technique! Thanks for sharing! 🙏🏽

So cool that you do that, too!! What are your favorite nature sounds when you are doing focused time? I like rain.

I made a Lo-Fi nature sound Pomodoro that I posted on YouTube a bit ago...I'll have to remix it soon with the brown noise + binaural beats! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoEQDoqpaXE

Yesss rain! There's this japanese cafe playlist on YT that has that with Lo-fi. I also like waves with Hawaiian tunes or just lo-fi most of the time. I'm looking forward to your soundtrack!
